Sourdough Workshop with Sour Mama

Want to learn the basics of sourdough? Join us for an easy beginner friendly class featuring Angelique Gambino of Sour Mama. Class will include instruction, demos and hands on learning. Suitable for ages 14+. Anyone under 16 must have an adult with them (also taking the class).

Because of the nature of sourdough taking place over a few days, this class will show you all the steps of the sourdough process- you will not be able to see the same loaf from start to finish (no oven) but you will be hands on with key steps, see demos of the process and interact with the dough.

One pre baked loaf and one non-baked loaf for you to take home
